Note:
- The fees mentioned above is Per Annum.
- The student should bring account payee cheque/s for fees in the name of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to Be University.
- Student also must bring cheque/s for securing feature fee.
- The Sumandeep Vidyapeeth accepts payment only towards admission fee, tuition fee and other fees as notified.
- Sumandeep Vidyapeeth does not charge capitation fee or donation in whatever nomenclature or form.
- College Deposit is refunded without interest after completion of course and on clearing all dues of the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth.
- Every student shall pay tuition fee and other fee, as prescribed by the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the due date notified. The annual fee prescribed will be the same for entire duration of the course.
- If the fees paid after due date, the student will have to pay fine of Rs. 150/- per day.
If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student.

- In Case of (5) in the table above, the payment of the fees for balance years by redeeming unconditional bank guarantee/ cheques in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth for the payable amount if the student leaves the course after the 30 days of formally – notified Last Date of admission or during middle of Course.
- Fees shall be refunded by all HEIs to an eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.

ADMISSION POLICY
Admission for B.P.T./ B.Sc. (N) / PBB.Sc. (N) / GNM/ ANM / B.Pharm / Pharm D. / B.Sc(Para Medical) & Diploma Para Medical courses in all the categories defined here under shall be made on the basis of merit scored in SVCET/ Qualifying examination. In addition, the student seeking admission to B.P.T./ B.Sc. (N) / PB B.Sc. (N)/ GNM/ ANM / B.Pharm / Pharm D. shall also meet other eligibility criteria given by respective statutory bodies.
In case the number of applications for a particular course are either less than or equal to the allotted number of seats then, the selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of interse-merit of the candidate at 10+2 Science Stream taking into consideration the preference givenby the candidate and availability of seat in the branch/discipline of his/her choice at counseling.

ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission for B.P.T./ B.Sc. (N) / PBB.Sc(N) /ANM / GNM / B.Pharm / Pharm D. / B.Sc(Para Medical) & Diploma Para Medical courses in all the categories defined shall be made on the basis of merit scored in SVCET/ Qualifying examination, as the case may be. In addition, the student seeking admission to B.P.T./ B.Sc. (N) / PBB.Sc(N) / /ANM / GNM/ B.Pharm / Pharm D. / B.Sc(Para Medical) & Diploma Para Medical shall also meet other eligibility criteria given by respective statutory bodies.
As per the policy of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth if the number of Applications for B.P.T. / B.Sc. (N) / PBB.Sc.(N) /ANM / GNM / B.Pharm / Pharm.D / B.Sc(Para Medical) & Diploma Para Medical Programs are less than the intake capacity of the respective courses, the entrance examination will be cancelled.
The student needs to undergo with following process for admissions.
- Students need to submit duly filled application form online or to the Admission Cell.
- The candidate short-listed on merit-list in each category will be called for counseling.
- The candidate will have to appear for counseling at their own cost.
- The physical presence of the candidate at the time of counseling is essential.
- Absence of the candidate at the specified time, date and venue will result in forfeiture of any claim for admission and university will not be responsible for the same.
- Asking a candidate to report for counseling does not mean that he/she will be admitted to the course. The actual admission will depend upon the course and seat availability, when his/her turn comes in order of his /her inter-se-merit position.
- The candidate has to prove his/her identity at reception desk and sign in the attendances register.
- The candidate has to present his/her original testimonial of all the documents.
- The documents of the candidates will be scrutinized by the authorized officer and the eligibility of the candidates for admission is ascertained from the original documents and if found eligible, the Eligibility Certificate will be issued by authorized officer.
- Students granted admission will have to secure the payment of the fees for balance years by providing an undertaking and unconditional bank guarantee in favour of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for the payable amount which can be enchased by Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University in the event the fees are not paid and /or the student leaves the course mid-stream.
- To facilitate, at the option of the students, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University will accept un-dated account payee cheque towards the payable fee/s amount to be drawn in the name of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University alongwith an affidavit and covering letter asserting that the cheque is in lieu of security for payment of fees and can be encashed in the event the fees are not paid and /or the student leaves the course mid-stream.
- After collecting the eligibility certificate, the candidate must present himself/herself before the admission committee which allots the provisional admission after giving due weightage to the preference of the candidate and availability of seats.
- Once the provisional admission letter is issued, the candidate should report to account department to complete fee payment formalities
- After payment formalities including securing of future fees are over candidate will be issued admission order.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
Pharmacy
- B. Pharm
First year B. Pharm:
Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
- B.Pharm lateral entry (to third semester):
A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
- Pharm.D
A pass in any of the following examinations –
a)10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:
Mathematics or Biology.
- b) A pass in D. Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
- c) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course
D.Pharm
Minimum qualification for admission to diploma in Pharmacy Part-I course-A pass in any of the following examinations with Physics,Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
- Intermediate examination in Science;
- The first year of the three year degree course in Science,
- 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science,
- Pre-degree examination;
- Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination.

- Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV.
